Hello!

My name is Camille Alizadeh, and I am a human, mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. I am ancestrally Filipino and European, and live on Indigenous land in Toronto, Canada. I like to read, spend time outside, and connect with my friends and family.

My own lived experience in the mental health system is what has made me so passionate about this work, and I believe in the power of this experience for both my personal and professional development.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a focus on relationships and attachment; depth-oriented processing; experiential and somatic techniques; and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). However, I strive for flexibility and collaboration throughout the therapeutic process and am always open to exploring alternative treatment methods for each client’s unique needs.
I hold a Master of Psychology degree from Adler Graduate Professional School and a specialized Honours BA in Psychology from York University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and currently work under the supervision of Bavly Kost, RP, and Andrina Slegers, RP.
Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to chat further. I look forward to connecting with you.
